Physical goods

If we ship tangible items, you may return unused products in original packaging within fourteen days of delivery unless an item is perishable or marked non-returnable at purchase. Shipping costs follow the checkout disclosure; return postage may be your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

Photograph the package and product, retain labels, and email us within seven days of delivery. We will propose repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Digital access and documents

Downloadable recipe sheets or digital passes may be non-refundable once accessed, except where law grants a mandatory withdrawal window before access begins. If you never accessed the file, contact us within three days of purchase for review.

Workshops and appointments

Cancellations requested more than forty-eight hours before a scheduled session may receive credit toward a future date. Later cancellations may forfeit fees to cover reserved materials unless we fill the seat from a waitlist.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to reach out before initiating a payment dispute so we can document the facts and resolve the issue cooperatively.

Processing timeline

Approved refunds are initiated through the original payment path within ten business days, subject to processor posting times.
